Buying a home in Amsterdam
Personal purchase guidance for expats and internationals. We search with you, assess the value, negotiate on your behalf and stay with you until you have the keys.
Why a buyer's agent?
Buying a home in the Netherlands works differently from most countries. Homes sell fast, offers have their own rules and most paperwork is in Dutch. We make sure you understand every step.
Local market knowledge
We know Amsterdam and the surrounding towns. We help you judge whether a home and its price make sense.
Everything explained in English
Offers, conditions, contracts and Dutch terms: we explain what they mean before you sign anything.
Someone on your side
The seller's agent works for the seller. We work for you: we assess the value and negotiate your offer.
One point of contact
We coordinate the structural survey, mortgage advisor and notary, so you don't have to chase anyone.

We view homes with you, or for you if you are not in the Netherlands yet, and point out what to look out for.
Value assessment
Before you make an offer, we assess the value of the home. Your offer is based on facts, not on pressure.

We advise on your offer and conditions, and negotiate with the seller's agent on your behalf.
Survey, mortgage & notary
We coordinate the structural survey (bouwkundige keuring) and keep your mortgage advisor and notary aligned.
