The Amsterdam rental market starts around €1,500/month for studios and small apartments. For a comfortable 2-bedroom apartment in a good area, expect €2,500-3,500/month.
For Landlords
Our letting fee is 50% of one month's rent (excl. VAT), invoiced afterwards based on the final monthly rent. Additional services such as professional photography with a NEN2580 measurement report and personal viewing assistance are optionally available.
